We’re excited to announce that our new Culinary Center Favorites Recipe Collection is now available on both Marina and Riviera, along with other unique Culinary Center merchandise. Inspired by The Culinary Center’s global repertoire, our new recipe book features a colorful selection of the center’s top easy-to-follow recipes from around the world.

SEP15101 CulinaryCenter_RecipeBook_Cover“These recipes exemplify the range of cuisines and culinary skills taught in The Culinary Center,” Chef Kathryn Kelly, Oceania Cruises’ Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Enrichment said. “It was a joy to put together – it truly celebrates what The Culinary Center is all about. The toughest part was limiting our selection!”

Covering everything from how to make Italian pasta and sauces from scratch to the secrets of Oceania Cruises favorites such as Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and Watermelon, Tomato and Feta Salad, the recipe book invites you to taste the flavors of the world just as you do during Culinary Center cooking classes and Culinary Discovery Tours™. Curated by Chef Kelly, the book features a specially-selected collection of recipes taught in The Culinary Center. The delicious recipes and helpful chef tips are divided into sections on brunch, appetizers, soups and salads, pasta and pizza, entrées and desserts, so locating the perfect party appetizer or one of Jacques Pépin’s favorite desserts is as easy as pie.

This beautiful recipe collection is now available in The Culinary Center, along with our Bon Apetit 3_newsignature apron and chef hat. These items make great mementos to remember your culinary experience by and are also perfect gifts for friends that love cooking.

Be sure to stop by The Culinary Center next time you’re on board Marina or Riviera for another memorable cooking experience and to pick up The Culinary Center Favorites Recipe Collection!
