We are excited to announce that Chef Kathryn Kelly will be appearing frequently as a guest blogger here on Oceania Cruises Blog. Chef Kelly is the Executive Chef of the Bon Appétit Culinary Center on Marina and has been sharing insightful cooking tips on our Facebook page as well.

Chef Howie Velie, Jr., an instructor with the Culinary Institute of America, joins the Bon Appétit Culinary Center today in Scotland for our Oceania 2 cooking class.
On the menu today are Triple-Decker Thai Sliders and Asian Slaw with Polermo Bahn Trang Rolls. Grilled Pineapple Tarts were also made for dessert.
Chef Velie has just returned from six months in Singapore to open the new campus there — and demonstrated a crab and chili street food dish served over noodles! We are greatly enjoying having Chef Velie onboard.
